Due to the government’s lack of capacity and resources the older citizens are left at the mercy of an already poor and struggling community. The foundation has dedicated itself to offering support, enhancing health and wellbeing and creating sustainable development.
The distribution process is carried out every first week of the month whereby the beneficiaries or individuals appointed by them, collect the food ration from the foundation offices where they are required to acknowledge receipt of the same.
The foundation supplies the beneficiaries with monthly food rations which consist of the following:-
|Powder milk||250 gms|
|Cooking oil||1 litre|
|Tea leaves||250 gms|
Those beneficiaries who for one reason or another are unable to collect the food rations or send individuals to collect on their behalf, have their food rations delivered by the foundation’s staff at their door step.
